Use Certificates as a Project Checklist, Not a Slogan
When sourcing custom jewelry showcases from China, buyers often ask for ISO 9001, CE, UL, RoHS, or fire-resistant material reports. These documents can matter, but they should be checked carefully. A general company certificate is not the same as a certificate for every LED strip, driver, wire, glass panel, or material used in your exact project.
For U.S. jewelry store projects, electrical requirements should be discussed early. If the store, mall, contractor, or local inspector requires UL-listed or specific electrical components, make that requirement part of the quote before production starts.
Certificate and Document Checklist
- ISO 9001 or similar quality management evidence for the factory process.
- CE or RoHS documents for applicable LED and electrical components.
- UL-listed or U.S.-accepted drivers, wiring, or lighting parts when required by the project.
- Tempered glass or safety glass information for display cases.
- Fire-resistant material reports if required by the mall, landlord, or local contractor.
- Inspection photos, packing photos, and final fixture checklist before shipment.
Lighting Details to Confirm
Jewelry display lighting is not only about brightness. Buyers should confirm color temperature, anti-glare treatment, LED strip position, spotlight use, replaceability, wiring access, and driver location. Common options include 3000K warm light for a warmer luxury mood, 4000K neutral light for diamonds and gold, anti-glare strips for glass counters, and spotlights for hero displays.
Ouyee Display can discuss lighting and electrical requirements during the design and quotation stage. Buyers should always confirm the final certificate requirement for their own market and project before signing off.
