THE BRAND STORY OF OUYEE DISPLAY
My name is Steven Guo, founder of Ouyee Display. I was born and raised in Guangdong, China, where my family worked in the woodworking and store-fixture industry. Since childhood, I often visited workshops with my parents and learned basic skills in materials, craftsmanship, and store construction.
Every summer vacation, I worked part-time in local factories, doing sanding, assembling, packaging, and assisting with simple drawings. These early experiences helped me understand the retail display industry from the ground up and inspired my passion for store fixture design.
In 1998, I founded Ouyee Display with the belief that good craftsmanship and honest service could truly help retailers build better stores. Today, our team continues to uphold that same spirit.
Origin as a small workshop
Ouyee Display was founded in 1998 in Guangzhou, serving local shopping malls and street stores with simple showcases and counters.
With only a few craftsmen and basic equipment, we focused on building clean, solid displays that helped shop owners present their products with confidence.
Building a full production base
As more projects came from chain stores and renovation companies, we expanded into a larger factory with CNC cutting, welding, painting, and acrylic production.
This step laid the foundation for stable quality control and on-time delivery for larger orders.
First international projects
Around 2010, we began working with clients from Europe, North America and the Middle East, following international standards and export requirements.
Ouyee evolved from a workshop to a manufacturer capable of delivering complete store fixture solutions.
From “build what you give” to “design & build”
In 2015, we formed an independent 3D design and engineering team, providing layout planning, shop drawings and material recommendations.
One project manager follows each job, making it easier for global clients to coordinate remotely.
Serving more retail formats
With thousands of store experiences, we expanded into supermarket shelving, pharmacy counters, smoke shop showcases and clothing fixtures.
This allowed us to support clients operating multiple retail formats with consistent branding.
Global partner for store fixtures
Today, Ouyee operates modern factories with over 300 experienced workers, supplying store fixtures to more than 100 countries.
